CLASSIFIED AREAS: INTELLIGENCE AS A PREVENTION TOOL

On the other hand, working freely (ie on their own) through entrepreneurship requires respecting and safeguarding the right of the “entrepreneur” to be able to develop his work free of unlawful state-owned investments and with the assurance that the outcome of his creative activities will be kept in the sphere of his heritage, making his intellectual signature indelible.
From any point of view we see that the employee and the entrepreneur (employer) are situated in the same plane, since they are all protagonists of the same scene, in different but not opposite roles. Far more in tune than antagonistic, they are interdependent with each other. Both carry the characteristic of removing their livelihood with the sweat on their faces.
Observed in this plan, it is up to the employee to comply with what he agreed in his employment contract to be admitted as well as. It is up to the employer to fulfill his part in the individual and legal plan.
At this point, it is clear to the eyes, that compliance with current legislation on safety and health at work (Regulatory Standards) sounds much more like an intelligence action, even if stipulated by Standards, because It demonstrates the ability to understand the existing danger and the uniqueness of the human factor involved in the hazardous activity.
As we imagine the extreme boundary of our statement, we see that when it comes to activities where explosive atmospheres or hazardous areas exist or may exist, everyone's life and health are involved. In saying this, we must remember that 'worker' is not only the employee but also the entrepreneur / employer, since their lives and integrity are subject to the same weaknesses inherent in our human character. What affects one will also affect the other.
The pursuit of a healthy work environment, the preventive attitude, only makes us more human as we become aware that we are all the same.
It is the awareness of our weaknesses that makes us smarter, since acting without fear of dangers is more than recklessness… it is foolish !!!!!, therefore, being RATIONAL the human being is the dominant animal on this planet, born with the unique ability that no other living being has to be able to predict the predictable by learning from his intelligence and observation.
Our species survives not by being the strongest, but by being the most adaptable. (continued on next article…).
